Okey dokey, time to give this LiveJournal a workout.

1.  I'm an unrepentant Anglophile.  Nonetheless, I have no desire to live in the UK.

2.  Patrick Stewart:  *So Dreamy*.

3.  It took me months to train myself to stop calling flip-flops "thongs" when I moved to Upstate New York.  Teaching summer school to ninth-grade boys sped the process along quite nicely.

4.  I have the messiest car on the planet.  No, really - I do!

5.  I believe that there are not enough roller-coasters in the world.

6.  Don't assume that I'm unhappy or that my life isn't full of love and friendship just because I'm unattached.

7.  If I do even the smallest bit of useful work this summer, I will have failed my goal of being lazy.

8.  I want shorter hair.  I'm terrified that it will make me look my age.
